| April 15, 2010. Valley High Ventures Ltd. ("Valley High") (TSXV Symbol VHV.V) is pleased to announce that it has appointed David Tupper, P. Geo. to the position of Vice President of Exploration. Mr. Tupper is a Registered Member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia and has over 25 years work experience in the mineral exploration industry, having managed a range of projects from grassroots discoveries to surface and underground resource development work in a variety mineral deposit settings. During the past 8 years he was Vice President of Exploration with Mega Silver Inc. and Solomon Resources Ltd. He has worked for many years in Western Canada as well as in Mexico, South America and Asia. In addition Mr. Tupper has worked 5 years as a senior environmental consultant undertaking terrain mapping and contaminated sites work. The board of directors has granted 750,000 stock options under the company's stock option plan to directors, officers and employees, subject to regulatory approval. The options are exercisable at a price of $0.65 per common share and expire on April 14, 2015. Of these options, 500,000 are subject to vesting requirements which provide that one-third of the options granted will vest immediately, one-third will vest in one year and one-third will vest in two years. The remainder is subject to vesting provisions whereby one third will vest in 6 months, one third in 18 months and one third in 30 months.
