| Damian Towns Chief Financial Officer A graduate of the University of Otago, New Zealand (Bachelor of Commerce with Honors) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, Mr. Towns has over ten years' experience in accounting and finance. He also has international mining and accounting experience in South America, Mexico, Africa and New Zealand. For the past eight years, his work has focused on the mining industry. Mr. Towns was Controller of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. and also an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Canada. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Coro Mining Corp., and an Independent Director of El Nino Ventures. |
