| Ray Strafehl Director A registered Commodity Trading Advisor with the National Futures Association since 1998, Mr. Strafehl also has over 28 years experience in the Investment and Venture Capital Finance Industry and Corporate Relations for public mining companies. He has been a Director of Valley High Ventures since September 2007 and previously held directorships with Consolidated AGX Resources Corp. in 2006-2007 and La Imperial Resources Inc. in 2008. He was a founder and Executive Director of Venture BC from 1998 to 2004, and he is a founder and International Liaison for the International Institute for Sustainable Regional Economies. |
