He has recently held the position of Mining Analyst for Research Capital Inc. and prior to that held the position of Vice President and Manager of Exploration for Phelps Dodge Corporation of Canada Limited (a subsidiary of Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc.). Mr Cameron's career includes all aspects of mining exploration throughout the world including North and South America, Asia and Europe. | Alan Stephens Director and Chairman A graduate of the University of London, Mr. Stephens has over 31 years of international mining experience. He has lived and worked extensively in Chile, Mexico and Brazil. He is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Coro Mining Corp. and an Independent Director of Weatherly International Plc. Before co-founding Coro, Mr. Stephens was Vice-President of Exploration for First Quantum Minerals Ltd., and he spent ten years with Cyprus Amax Minerals Company managing exploration teams in Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (US) and of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK). Mr. Stephens is also a qualified person for the purposes of NI 43-101. | |

He has been a Director of Valley High Ventures since September 2007 and previously held directorships with Consolidated AGX Resources Corp. in 2006-2007 and La Imperial Resources Inc. in 2008. He also has international mining and accounting experience in South America, Mexico, Africa and New Zealand. For the past eight years, his work has focused on the mining industry.
