| Robert Cameron Director, President and CEO A graduate of Carleton University and a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Mr. Cameron has over 27 years of experience in the mining industry. He has recently held the position of Mining Analyst for Research Capital Inc. and prior to that held the position of Vice President and Manager of Exploration for Phelps Dodge Corporation of Canada Limited (a subsidiary of Freeport McMoRan Copper and Gold Inc.). Mr Cameron's career includes all aspects of mining exploration throughout the world including North and South America, Asia and Europe. Mr. Cameron is also a qualified person for the purposes of NI 43-101. | |
| Alan Stephens Director and Chairman A graduate of the University of London, Mr. Stephens has over 31 years of international mining experience. He has lived and worked extensively in Chile, Mexico and Brazil. He is currently President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of Coro Mining Corp. and an Independent Director of Weatherly International Plc. Before co-founding Coro, Mr. Stephens was Vice-President of Exploration for First Quantum Minerals Ltd., and he spent ten years with Cyprus Amax Minerals Company managing exploration teams in Latin America, Africa, Europe and Asia. He is a Fellow of the Society of Economic Geologists (US) and of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (UK). Mr. Stephens is also a qualified person for the purposes of NI 43-101. | |
| David Watkins Independent Director Mr. Watkins is an international mining executive with over 40 years of experience in exploration and development, acquisitions and mergers, and mining operations. He graduated with a Master of Science degree in geology from Carleton University in 1970 and a Bachelor of Arts, geology from Queen's University in 1967. | |
| Kathrine MacDonald VP Business Development A graduate of the University of British Columbia, Ms. McDonald has over 25 years experience in the Finance industry including Investment Banking and Management, Finance, and Corporate Relations for public mining companies. Ms. McDonald is a founder of Valley High Ventures Ltd. and currently is a Director. She is also a director of Cantex Mine Development Corporation. | |
| Ray Strafehl Director A registered Commodity Trading Advisor with the National Futures Association since 1998, Mr. Strafehl also has over 28 years experience in the Investment and Venture Capital Finance Industry and Corporate Relations for public mining companies. He has been a Director of Valley High Ventures since September 2007 and previously held directorships with Consolidated AGX Resources Corp. in 2006-2007 and La Imperial Resources Inc. in 2008. He was a founder and Executive Director of Venture BC from 1998 to 2004, and he is a founder and International Liaison for the International Institute for Sustainable Regional Economies. | |
| Damian Towns Chief Financial Officer A graduate of the University of Otago, New Zealand (Bachelor of Commerce with Honors) and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of New Zealand, Mr. Towns has over ten years' experience in accounting and finance. He also has international mining and accounting experience in South America, Mexico, Africa and New Zealand. For the past eight years, his work has focused on the mining industry. Mr. Towns was Controller of First Quantum Minerals Ltd. and also an Audit Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Canada. He is the Chief Financial Officer of Coro Mining Corp., and an Independent Director of El Nino Ventures. | |

Mr. Philpot has over 28 years of experience in the mining industry, including four years in Chile. | Francisco Armenta General Manager (Mexico) A graduate of National Autonomy University of Mexico. Mr. Armenta has more than 30 years of exploration experience principally in Mexico and Central America. Mr. Armenta was General Manager for Cyprus Amax Minerals in Mexico and has been associated with the discoveries of the Cumobabi porphyry molybdenum, Bismark skarn, and Milpillas copper porphyry deposits, all located in Mexico. | |
| David Tupper VP Exploration A Professional Geologist and registered member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia (APEG). Mr. Tupper has over 25 years of experience in the mineral exploration industry and has worked in Western Canada, as well as in Mexico, South America and Asia. During the past 8 years, he was VP of Exploration with Mega Silver Inc., and Solomon Resources Ltd. Also, he has worked for 5 years as a senior environmental consultant, undertaking terrain mapping and contaminated sites work. |
